Parliament Speaker Dmitry Razumkov is confident that «any changes» at the Minsk negotiating platform should be in favor of the state
The head of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Razumkov, approves the possible appointment of the first president, Leonid Kravchuk, as the head of the Ukrainian delegation at the Minsk talks on Donbass. He stated this at a briefing during a trip to the Kharkov region.
“I think he will be more than useful in this process,” Razumkov expressed his opinion.
According to him, 86-year-old Kravchuk is «a person with great experience.»
