Details: To declare the allegedly rented house on Tkachenko Island was supposed to be a candidate for people’s deputies, but he did not.
The main house, two smaller houses and a courtyard with a lake on the porch are located in the middle of a 4 hectare plot of land.
The city has leased this plot for 15 years to the water sports complex of LLC Training and Sports Commercial Club Ukraine.
It is forbidden to build housing on this land: this is the land of a forest fund belonging to the coastal protective strip, it is included in the protected zone.
Now the estate is surrounded by a fence. A watchman is constantly on duty at the automatic gates, who explains to those wishing to approach the water that this is a private territory.
The photo from this illegal estate on Trukhanov Island Alexander Tkachenko unveiled in May 2018, which indicates that he has been using it for more than a year.
Tkachenko himself told Ukrainian Truth that in May he rented for six months one of the houses on Trukhanov Island — but not the one in the photo from the journalists.
