The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (WAKS) has chosen 15 million hryvnias of bail as a preventive measure for former Verkhovna Rada deputy Stanislav Berezkin, suspected of involvement in the theft of $ 20 million Oschadbank. It was previously reported that the NABU had notified Stanislav Berezkin of the suspicion. Pre-trial investigation gathered evidence that the former people’s deputy organized the seizure of Oschadbank funds in the amount of $ 20 million.
In this case, 10 people were detained, including the son of the people’s deputy. He chose preventive measures in the form of detention with the possibility of making a bail. Six arrestees were released after bail.
