Rada will develop a new bill on property valuation and electronic sites

The new bill will provide for the existence of a single state platform for assessing property, said the people’s deputy from the Servant of the People, the head of the Verkhovna Rada committee on finance, customs and tax policy, Daniil Getmantsev at a closed meeting of the faction.

The Verkhovna Rada will develop a new bill on property valuation and electronic sites. This decision was made on October 28 at a closed meeting of the «Servant of the People» faction, in which President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky took part, reports «Censor.NET».

In his address to the deputies Zelensky noted the high confidence of people in the party, as well as the fact that people’s deputies from the «Servants of the People» want to discredit opponents. Therefore, Zelensky thanked those deputies who went through a public polygraph, and asked the members of the faction not to quarrel with each other. At the meeting, there was no evidence that the deputies accepted the bribe.

As the deputies participating in the meeting said, the people’s deputy from «Servants of the People», the head of the committee on finance, customs and tax policy Daniil Getmantsev said that a new bill on electronic platforms would be developed. It will likely provide for the existence of a unified state platform for valuing property.

The people’s deputy from «Servants of the People» Yevgenia Kravchuk commented on the meeting of the faction: «The tax committee discussed the longest. This is a difficult conversation for our faction, but the frank dialogue and the polygraph have removed many suspicions. Corruption sites and intermediaries will disappear anyway — the bill will be considered by the committee and taken to the hall. »

Zelensky demanded that a number of deputies from the Servant of the People faction, who are members of the parliamentary committee on finance, tax and customs policy, take a polygraph test because of a refusal to vote at a committee meeting on October 18 for bill No. 2047-d on the elimination of corruption schemes during the assessment of real estate. He was supported by five deputies from the «Servant of the people» (there are 20 representatives of this fraction in the committee). Deputies may have refused to support the draft law for remuneration. According to ex-people’s deputy Sergei Leshchenko, the deputies were paid $ 30 thousand each for refusing to vote.

The bill proposes to cancel the work of paid electronic platforms through which real estate appraisers and notaries are required to submit real estate appraisal reports to a single database. The sites, according to media reports (for example, the Bihus.info project), are associated with the MP for the Maybutn group Anton Yatsenko. He denies this and claims that he is not engaged in business.

On October 23, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal investigation into the possible receipt of undue benefits by people’s deputies.

Since October 23, representatives of the «Servant of the People» faction have been tested live on a lie detector. The testing has already been reported by Alexander Dubinsky, Olga Vasilevskaya-Smaglyuk, Daria Volodina and Oleg Marusyak (included in the Committee on Finance), as well as Alexander Kachura (included in the Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning) and the leader faction David Arahamia (he is a member of the committee on national security, defense and intelligence).

The head of the representative office of the All-Ukrainian Association of Polygraph Examiners in Kiev Igor Ishchuk noted that the polygraph «does not show a lie» and called the procedure for passing the lie detector people’s deputies from «Servant of the People» a circus and manipulations.

Zelensky said that if a polygraph test «establishes at least the slightest chance that one of the deputies took money for voting on the committee,» they should deal with anti-corruption bodies.
