Zhannetta Polovnikova, Chairperson of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the All-Ukrainian Association of Polygraph Examiners, declares that according to the results of the lie detector, people’s deputy Olga Vasilevskaya-Smaglyuk did not take bribes for voting, but they were offered.

Direct speech: «Now I can say with a sincere heart that the person under investigation does not hide anything from us, she never took any money, no, for resolving issues.
The only thing is that it hides a little information that similar — it is fixed — proposals were. Perhaps not directly to her, because there the reaction is more of such an associative nature, but our researched person is aware that there were relevant proposals.
Details: Polovnikova added that Vasilevskaya-Smaglyuk also hides her suspicions about who might be tempted to bribe.
At the same time, the polygraph examiner noted that she is now drawing conclusions from still raw information, and detailed test results in writing will not be available until Friday evening, or in the afternoon, because they need a “thorough look and a certain amount of time.”
The Vasilevskaya-Smaglyuk study lasted a little more than 40 minutes. Before him, journalists were asked to leave, and only cameras were left. The study was broadcast live.
According to the polygraph examiner, the cost of such a study depends on a number of factors, but «the market fluctuates on average up to 3 thousand hryvnias per person as part of an internal investigation, if we are talking about personnel checks, then a little more.»
Vasilevskaya-Smaglyuk noted that she invited all members of the finance committee to research, in particular, wrote about this in the committee’s chat.
